Romi presents its solutions for the mining industry at Expomin
The Company will participate in the most important tradeshow for the Latin American mining sector.
Santa Barbara d’Oeste – Romi, leader in the Brazilian machinery and equipment industry, with 85 years of history and over 150 thousand machines installed worldwide, will participate in the Expomin 2016, the XIV Global Exhibition and Congress for the Latin American Mining Industry, which takes place from 25 to 29 April in Santiago, Chile.
Chile ranks first among importers of Brazilian machinery and equipment for the mining industry. Romi is present in the Chilean market for more than 30 years, however, since last year, does it through CNC Service, a traditional local company that commercializes Romi machine tools and its spare parts, offering service and technical support.
Romi will present at the event two machines: a CNC turning center Romi GL 170G and a machining center Romi D 600, with excellent performance and reliability, which are also efficient and versatile, being able to work in medium and high production environments, as well as in tooling, offering diverse and innovative machining solutions.

Romi will be presented in the pavilion of the Brazil Machinery Solutions Program, through a partnership between the Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment (ABIMAQ) and the Brazilian Agency for Export and Investment Promotion (Apex-Brazil).
